Max Ryerson is the CEO of Club 5 Thousand which he founded in 2008. Max is responsible for the overall strategy, design and development of the Club. Previously Max worked in sales & marketing for the Hollywood Reporter. He also founded the International Emerging Talent Film Festival in Monte-Carlo. Max has worked in finance as a stock & options trader. He is a resident of Monaco. He is a member of numerous online social networks, including aSmallWorld, Facebook, LinkedIn, Plaxo, Second Life, Shooting People, Xing, The Biz and a few more. Max attended the International University of Monaco where he graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. He has been involved with internet technology since 1996.

Scott Allan is the Chief Legal Officer of Club 5 Thousand. As an attorney and Partner at Blackstone, Simmons, Peterson and Allan, Scott oversees all legal matters for the Club. He is an internationally known and recognized negotiator. He has represented Fortune 500 companies, governments, and individuals in various legal arenas. Scott regularly negotiates multi-million dollar contracts and counsels companies on proper business practices. He is a highly sought after speaker, trainer, and advocate. Scott is a graduate of Michigan State University and Northwestern College of Law.
